Let me brief some of thing that I learn from this training.

First of all need to now who Am I? Visionary, Commander, Nurturer or Analyser?

I am Nurturer. Nurture is Friendly, willing, supportive, caring, good listener, great team player, and great person. Weakness: Easily influenced, indecisive. When pushed: give in & quietly resent. (ya… sometime I will like that). Since I already know who Am I, Should I change on this? Think for awhile, if I really want my dream true, I must change and focus want I want for my future.
